1. Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.
雖然這個世界充滿了苦難，但也充滿了征服苦難的事情。

2.Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything good in the world.
自憐是我們最大的敵人，如果我們對自憐讓步，我們就無法在世上做任何好事。

3. The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt within the heart.
世界上最好與最美的事物，是無法被看到或甚至是被觸摸。他們一定是在內心的深處才能被感覺到。
